Rockcliff Metals Corp

2231 Long Lake Road, Unit 2, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada | Base Metals

Rockcliff Metals (CSE: RCLF) is a well-funded Canadian major explorer in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake greenstone belt, Manitoba, home to the largest Paleoproterozoic VMS district in the world hosting mines and deposits that contain copper, zinc, gold and silver.

Rockcliff is the largest junior landholder of the area, controlling over 4,500 square kilometres in total. Its extensive portfolio of properties includes eight of the highest-grade, undeveloped VMS deposits and five lode-gold properties held by Goldpath Resources Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockcliff, including the historic Rex-Laguna gold mine, Manitoba’s first and highest-grade gold mine, currently optioned to Kinross Gold.

Following a completion of a $28.7M financing led by Greenstone Resources and a transfer of significant assets from Norvista Capital Corporation, Rockcliff intends to transform from a junior explorer into a near-term high-grade copper-zinc producer. The Bucko Mill has a strategic proximity to the surrounding properties, enabling easy and low-cost transportation of ore material. Bucko Mill’s development program is in progress and expected to be ready for production in 2021. Projected near-term annual copper production is 20,000 tonnes, expected to gradually increase to over 50,000 tonnes.

The Company also continues its exploration on the advanced stage properties as well as blue-sky opportunities in the emerging South Snow Lake mining camp.

Rockcliff is poised for tremendous growth with over 70,000 metres of exploration drilling to be completed by the end of 2020.
