Fonderie B. Marcoux: at your service for almost 50 years

Founded in 1970, Fonderie B. Marcoux inc. is the only foundry in Quebec that produces castings in gray and ductileiron , aluminum and bronze . With nearly 50 years of experience, the company now has a team of more than 20 workers, available day and evening, to meet your needs.

The Fonderie B. Marcoux occupies a total area of ​​more than 30,000 square feet. In addition, we have three warehouses totaling 9,000 square feet for model storage.

Our foundry includes the following facilities:

• Four induction furnaces (one for non-ferrous metals: aluminum alloy and bronze alloy; three for ferrous metals: different cast alloys)
• A  laboratory  for quality control
• Five molding stations with overhead crane
• Five stations for the production of cores
• Four workstations for finishing parts, equipped with scissor tables and an overhead crane
• Two parts cleaning stations (with steel balls)
• A room for cleaning parts with a sandblast
• A sector for welding (steel-cast-iron-bronze-aluminum)
• A workshop for the preparation and repair of models
