Coastal Steel Buildings, LLC

D. Hodges Construction, Inc. was formed in the early 1980s primarily building homes in rural areas in Southwest Georgia. In the early 1990s, D. Hodges Construction moved to Savannah, GA and began building custom homes on the Georgia coast. In early 2000, D. Hodges Construction expanded into the commercial steel building business by building a steel rebar fabrication facility in Richmond Hill, GA. In 2003 Coastal steel buildings was formed as a subsidiary of D. Hodges Construction, Inc. assisting local builders, churches, investors, and commercial developers in the design, engineering and development of commerical properties. D. Hodges Construction, Inc. was one of the first companies in the state of Georgia to be approved as a Commercial General Contractor under the new strict licensing requirements recently implemented by the state.

Coastl Steel Buildings not only provides services to the Savannah are, but its services extend to the rest of Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, and Alabama as well. Coastal Steel Buildings can design, build, and erect any type of steel building to suit the needs of its customers and can complete the project to any stage the customer desires.
