Bison Steel USA has progressed from it's former iconic Pacific Rebar Inc. which started as a mom and pop rebar shop, and has transformed into a Corporation built upon the skills of generations of family members who started with Bethlehem Steel. The core of this well-established rebar placing service provider is comprised of 3rd and 4th generation rodbusters.

Bison Steel USA is a Montana Corporation based out of Kalispell, Montana, in addition to holding a Class A North Dakota contractors license. We are also a WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) certified company and employ an active EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) policy.

Bison Steel USA maintains an above par level of safety as our Corporation has been accident free since our inception in 1999. Our crews adhere to strict safety standards and hold a minimum of OSHA 10 safety training. Bison Steel USA promotes (mandates) a 'Safe by Choice, not by Chance' work environment and our crews are to forward their concerns to approved onsite personnel for safety violations and deficiencies duly noted in our Foreman's daily JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) that is conducted. In the event of detrimental exposure, Bison Steel USA requires it's onsite foreman and/or management to suspend all work until a proper remedy has been given or the deficiency corrected.

Tim Kosinski (Senior Vice President), a third generation rodbuster, has over 30 years of proven experience in concrete reinforcing from high rise construction, post tension, tilt up construction, water tanks, treatment plants, parking structures, seismic upgrades and heavy highway projects. In addition he has a thorough knowledge in ornamental iron and precast which has greatly improved his attention to detail along with foresight and communication with Contractors, Engineers, Detailers and Suppliers. This knowledge has proven effective in areas often overlooked by others thereby providing a hassle and stress free environment for both Contractor and Bison Steel USA crews. Timely schedules can consequently be delivered for Owner satisfaction and completion.

Shawn Kosinski (Director as of 2013) is a fourth generation rodbuster. Through his dedication and perseverance he leads our crews in providing the quality of work we seek to deliver to our Contractors. He uses his talents to motivate his peers in maintaining the safety standards that continue to keep Bison Steel USA accident free.

Rita Kosinski (Senior President) assists in decision making, aids in estimating and has a great deal of interest in the performance and delivery schedules on all projects. Through her past exposure in the industry, including ornamental precast, and her well versed knowledge in the medical industry, she plays a vital role in the adherence to safety standards and is well received from the field crews and Contractors with whom she has contact.
