TLP Steel Erectors, Inc.

Established in 1995, TLP Steel Erectors, Inc. is one of the top subcontractors in the Washington, D.C. metro area that specializes in small structural steel construction, miscellaneous metal fabrications, and ornamental metal fabrications. With our shop located in Owings, Maryland, we fabricate a variety of items in house ranging from stairs, structural beams, cladding, and handrails. Our field labor is 100% union and works diligently to accomplish any task. We are honored to be presented with a Craftsmanship award by the Washington Building Congress on multiple construction projects.Our office staff specializes in project management, estimating, finances, and drafting with a combined 25+ years of experience.
