Alliance Wire & Steel, based in San Antonio TX, is a manufacturer of steel wire products for concrete reinforcing that is used in the construction industry. Our company was officially and totally acquired on July 12, 2007 as Alliance Wire & Steel, Ltd. In 2008, our company converted from a partnership to a corporation and from Ltd. to Inc.

In the past, there was a relationship between Mallacentro S.A. de C.V. of Mexico and Alliance Wire & Steel, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas as follows: The Mexican Company owned 100% of Alliance Wire & Steel, Inc. Therefore, Mallacentro S.A. de C.V. was a parent company of Alliance Wire & Steel, Inc.
