Owner Mark Bolender has been part of the building trade for much of his life. From 1995 to 2015 Mark concentrated on manufacturing, pole buildings and all steel buildings. Since 2005 he has concentrated on steel building designs from large too small to meet customer’s needs. Our goal is to provide the best service and quality while bringing the best price in the industry.

He always says that anything can be done for money but there are certain guidelines if followed that will allow substantial savings. We have the ability to design buildings up with free span of almost 400 feet. NW Steel Design, LLC has worked with extreme snow loads, 100 mph wind loads and extreme seismic zones. We have the ability to look at any need and the support to bring it to the permit process.
