Our past customers, many of which have been with us since the 1970’s, provide a large part of the company’s business today. A tradition of quality construction started way before 1974 in the early 1900’s when Leo Otke (Dick’s Father) built many projects around Mid Missouri. This family tradition continues today after Dick and Louie Otke started Dick Otke Construction Company in 1974. This tradition includes all of the customers, employees, subcontractors, and owners that are committed to craftsmanship, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of the construction process. The partners of DOCC today are Dick Otke, Gary Oberkrom, Tim Hayden, and Jason Otke. DOCC’s commitment to excellence is showcased by its long term employees, most of which have from over 10 to 28 years of construction experience WITH DOCC.
