The facility at Loudon Steel, Inc, was laid out to emphasize efficiency in material flow and build process. It is both ISO 9000 and QS 9001 Certified. Loudon Steel, Inc. has over 130,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Loudon Steel, Inc. can now run six production lines over two shifts, with approximately 30 employees. At full capacity, the facility can produce up to 600 containers per week!

Loudon Steel, Inc. offers both Prototype and Full production services. Raw Material is received in a large storage area and clearly marked with the appropriate project number. Material is then processed by shear, press or saw before being taken to the fixture and welding lines for fabrication.

A 'State of the Art' assembly line is used for shot blasting, painting, and final assembly of the container.

Loudon Steel Inc. uses technology to enhance quality! Loudon Steel Inc. utilizes a pair fo robots to assist with plasma cutting and welding. The accuracy and repeatability of these tools improves quality and reduces cost.
