Founded by Ron Hunte, a mechanical engineer with 25 years experience in a progressive job shop environment. Omega has expert toolmakers and experienced programmers in addition to a full staff of talented machinists. Omega uses modern technology to solve manufacturing problems and we enjoy the challenge of taking on difficult projects that most machine shops shy away from. Parts are routinely inspected and measurements are documented for process control. We have a written Quality Policy and Quality Manual so all employees know what steps to take to make perfect parts every time. Latest Technology Omega Manufacturing recently purchased a new BA-24 Mitsubishi Wire EDM expanding our EDM department to 4 Wire EDM machines. Our state-of-the art 3D Mastercam software and CNC machines help ensure that customer parts are made to print every time and meet customer specifications. Keeping equipment current improves reliability and efficiency, which means lower manufacturing costs and lower prices to our customers.
