Prassas Metal Products, Inc. (PMP) is a Los Angeles-based, independently-owned, steel trading and coil distribution sales company, specializing in pre-painted Galvalume®, pre-painted Galvanized, (bare) Galvalume®, Galvanized, Electro-Galvanized, Aluminized, and Cold Rolled Coil materials. STEEL TRADING

PMP has been importing and distributing pre-painted and coated coil products from a number of top-class Asian and domestic USA mill sources for more than 20 years. The PMP sales and support staff combine 116 years of steel mill, import/export trading, paint company, and flat-rolled coil sales experience. This broad mill and painted coil industry experience, along with our multilingual staff, provide a unique perspective to understanding and communicating the subtleties of the US customer requirements to the overseas mill staff, helping to ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery. PMP delivers mill products throughout the entire USA market (West Coast, Gulf Coast, East Coast) via all of the major bulk vessel ports, including river barge service to the Upper Midwest.

STEEL DISTRIBUTION

PMP provides customer-specific stocking programs, and starting from Y2006, a painted coil and Galvalume® wholesale distribution operation located at the Port of Savannah, GA. PMP services the small-to-medium size metal building and roofing roll-former market with truckload sales of structural grade (ASTM-A792-SS-Gr. 80 & Gr. 50) pre-painted Galvalume® and acrylic-coated Galvalume® coil, along with processing services as required. PMP maintains a full inventory of 29 and 26 gauge pre-painted Galvalume® coil, featuring a color pallet of 16-standard colors coated with today's top all-around exterior paint system, a 40-year warranty Silicon-polyester + Cool Roof technology system. In addition, we stock selected colors of 29-gauge pre-painted Galvalume® with a 15-year Regular Polyester system, as well as supplying project-specific PVDF (Kynar®) paint packages per customer requirement. Acrylic Galvalume inventory includes 29, 26, and 24 gauge sizes.
