Here at Bauer Sheet Metal and Fabricating, Inc. we have the sheet metal fab manufacturing capabilities to form, shear, punch, saw, flame cut, weld, and finish a number of metallic materials. To insure your satisfaction, we utilize top of the line ultrasonic thickness testing to help verify the thickness of your questionable materials which include, but are not limited to; carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and poly carbonates.

In the marine and offshore sheet metal fab industries, we conduct business according to the code of American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Some of the continuous services we provide are; wheelhouse expansions and replacement, stack replacement, hull and structural repairs, galley replacement, railings and stairway fabrication and installation (using steel, stainless and aluminum), and also equipment installation.

To ensure satisfaction for our customers in the mining industry sheet metal fab, we work hand in hand with the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) by conducting business in accordance with the MSHA. Some of our field services include; engineering and fabrication, machine installation and maintenance, industrial design, pollution control/dust collection, new installations, shut down services, material handling equipment, structural steel and sheet metal design, siding, stairways, handrail, process piping, and we are AWS and ABS welding certified.
