The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd., was established in 2001 by owner, and President, Kelly O'Sullivan. The O'Sullivan family has been in the steel fabrication business for over 8 decades, beginning with Kelly's grandfather in the early 1900's.

The Steel Guys have a proven track record for working successfully with architects, engineers and contractors, adhering to strict quality and budget controls.

Our reputation is rooted in out ability to service a variety of industrial and commercial projects, substations, bridges, ports, grates, transit shelters, municipal park projects, convention centres, and more.

Our Commitment

Kelly O'Sullivan

Kelly O'Sullivan founded The Steel Guys in 2001. Prior to this, the O'Sullivan family has been in the steel business for three generations, starting in the early 1900's. Kelly started on the shop floor in the late 60's, learning the fabrication business, before moving into management, During this time, he held positions from estimating, sales, and production control to senior management.

Brian Kennedy

Brian Kennedy started in the steel business in the early 80's, apprenticing in steel fabrication and welding, with West Coast Steel Fabricators. In his career, Brian was worked his way from helper to plant foreman and has ample experience in all plant and field installation functions. Brian has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, welding and installation of structural and miscellaneous steel. He is currently in charge of all fabrication, welding and installation for The Steel Guys.

The Steel Guys people and quality of product are key to the overall success the company has enjoyed. We are committed to rising to challenges and surpassing our reputation for meeting them successfully and completing projects on time, on budget and to the customers complete satisfaction. Our fully equipped shop is a modern facility complete with overhead cranes. We have an experienced staff of fitters and welders. Our welders are certified in mild, stainless and aluminum. Over the years we have fabricated a wide variety of products and are capable of doing 'one off' prototypes or production runs.
