PRODUCT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

At Falcon Stamping Inc., our specialty is building dies to produce small precision parts and terminals for different industrial needs.

An example of this is our automated process of producing and joining together multiple parts that are used in the office furniture industry.

PROGRESSIVE DIE DESIGN & BUILD

Our shop has a complete tool room which allows us to build the dies needed to produce specialized parts.

SMALL METAL MANUFACTURING

Our shop is equipped with high speed presses with full line automation. Falcon Stamping has worked with several metal alloys including tellurium copper, cartridge brass, and steel.

A HISTORY IN METAL STAMPINGS

Since 2000, we have been working to fulfill customers stamping needs. Specializing in the production of small, precision metal stampings, we work from concept, to prototype, through production. Throughout the years we have had experience working with office furniture, automotive, and commercial electronics industries.
