We have been providing Metal Forming using Hydro form presses for over 60 years. Throughout our history we take immense pride in our forming accomplishments and tool developments in the field. Our quality of product and relationship with our customers has always been our top priority. California Hydroforming has been and will continue to be a company that believes in a relationship with our customers, based on open and honest communication from RFQ to completion of hardware.

California Hydroforming Company is in Southern California about 20 miles east of Los Angeles. We are off the 60 freeway in the City of Industry, the Eastern part of the San Gabriel Valley.

California Hydroforming is an AS9001 & AS9100 certified company. This certification ensures our customers that we are working to the highest standard in the industry and that our procedures throughout the process have been approved.

We can form materials ranging from .010 to .500 in thickness in material types such as Aluminum, all grades of Stainless Steel including aircraft grades, Inconel, Haynes 188 and 230, Hastelloy C and X, Titanium, Monel, Kovar, various Steel grades and Copper to name a few. Samples of industries served are Commercial Aircraft, Military, Medical, Space & Satellite, Energy, Fuel Cells, Lighting fixtures, Cookware, Private Funded Programs and Bicycle.

California Hydroforming takes immense pride in our ability to produce a wide range of formed hardware. Our experience and job history allow us to use the Hydro forms to their maximum capabilities to produce the best formed part possible. We also take immense pride in being able to produce those “Special Parts” that requires tooling and manufacturing techniques developed over our 60 plus years.
