Starting out in 1998 as Saginaw Pattern & Machine, we have progressed beyond a traditional pattern shop to offer a full suite services including Engineering Design, CNC Machining, Fabrication, and Detailed Assembly.

Located just north of the Big Three in Detroit and Automation Alley in Oakland County, Michigan, we supply quality parts to automotive manufacturers and serve many more industries, including aerospace & defense, marine, material handling, and power sports & recreational vehicles.

Saginaw Industries is a KRA Industries Company. KRAI serves as a one-stop custom designer and manufacturer, offering engineering, design, prototyping, assembly, automation and initial production services to its customers. KRAI excels in high-precision, mission critical work related to the automation, prototyping, development and manufacturing of automotive components, with a focus on seating. KRAI is based in Michigan and has hundreds of employees across 7 locations featuring state-of-the-art equipment including 5-Axis CNC machining centers, fiber-optic laser cutters, wire-EDM machines, stampers and high-precision inspection equipment. KRAI is a wholly owned subsidiary of KR Abraham & Co., a Chicago-based family holding company with interests in various sectors including industrial, energy, technology and real estate.
