4 Wheelers Japan is a used vehicle export company with its office located in Ashiya city between Osaka and Kobe in the Kansai region. We work as vehicle purchase and export agents and supply mainly trade customers in a variety of worldwide markets. Our main goal  as an export business, is to establish long term relationships with genuine clients who require a personal hands on inspection of vehicles before purchase for their own stock, or for supply to the final owner through an agency agreement in their destination country.

Unlike some other agents, our company policy is to hand-pick vehicles for our clients. We make a physical inspection of each vehicle, which is more accurate than simply buying from a computer screen.

Buying and Export Fee Breakdown

When setting our fees we have tried to be as fair and transparent as possible.We feel that our charges represent good value for the level of service provided when compared with the rest of the industry.We try wherever possible to absorb extra costs incurred, such as higher auction fees due to cars being bought on negotiation. However, there will be cases when vehicles are bought from auctions or dealers which are not close to the desired port of loading. When this happens we can not cover these costs and will ask that they are covered by the client. In these cases you will be informed of these costs before bids are placed on vehicles.
