PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Consist of round,square,rectangular and special shape steel tubing beginning at .750' diameter and running through 3.00' diameter with wall thicknesses from .035' through .150'

LASER QUALITY

We also offer Laser Quality tubing guaranteed to meet the special straightness and twist tolerances that are required for tube laser processing. GL Precision Tube has the capability to perform metallurgical analysis of our High Frequency Welding process as well as analysis of the steel coil we use to produce our product.

CAPABILITIES

Steel grade types include C-1008/1010 through HSLA GR 100 as well as Ultra High Strength Domex and Dual Phase steel grades. Along with complying with all destructive tests specified by ASTM A-513 specifications or other customer specified requirements 
Our weld monitoring processes include Eddy Current Testing, and the most recent weld monitoring technology
