Precise Fabrication

Precise Fabrication entered the custom fabrication business in 1985 when it was part of Goossen Industries. LeRoy Janzen, along with two other Goossen employees, made up the Precise Fabrication ownership team when they purchased the fabrication business in March 2001. LeRoy became the sole owner in 2010.

In December of 2001, Precise Fabrication purchased its first Mazak laser to enhance its ability to produce the parts requested by local manufacturers. During the early years the customer base was made up predominantly of manufactures in the lawn and turf care equipment industry in the Industrial Park area of Beatrice. Those initial companies are still a very important part of our customer base. Precise Fabrication has been able to build upon that foundation and now has a diversified customer base throughout the upper mid-west that manufactures and ships parts all over the world. Our current customers now also include industry leaders in the manufacturing of products for sound and emissions, agriculture, commercial and industrial air cleaners, GPS navigational systems, and more.

Precise Fabrication doubled the working area and expanded production capabilities when we moved to our current location on the north edge of Beatrice Industrial Park in 2007. This move enhanced our manufacturing efficiency and allowed room for a 4000 Watt Mazak laser to be added in 2011, and our Laser FMS in 2012.
