Youngstown Pipe & Steel, LLC (YPS), located in Campbell, OH, is a steel service center specializing in the value-added processing and distribution of carbon and alloy steel products in an expanding array of shapes and sizes. Our company is comprised of experienced, community-minded associates. We are committed to achieving profitable growth and creating superior value for our customers by safely providing high quality products and services while delivering them on time.

YPS was founded in 1979 and acquired by DNV Management Corporation in 2004. Since its acquisition, DNV has expanded product lines, installed a high definition plasma burning table, oxy-fuel burning tables, multiple saws and other equipment for value added processing. We deliver our products utilizing a dedicated fleet of trucks and in 2011, relocated to a 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

In 2012 DNV Management created DNV Energy to concentrate on the growing product and service demands of the shale oil and gas industry. DNV Energy now distributes a wide range of materials and steel fabricated products throughout the Marcellus and Utica shale plays. DNV’s products are sold to service providers of water transfer, filtration, water storage, water treatment, midstream gas and others. DNV Energy prides itself on being able to react quickly to the needs of our customers in such a fast paced industry while still providing the same high quality price competitive products as YPS.

In January of 2015, DNV completed the acquisition of Petroleum Pipe and Steel, LLC (PPS) located in Carnegie, PA. PPS was established in 1947 and proudly served the western Pennsylvania market with pipe, valves and fittings for almost 70 years. The addition of PPS to the DNV family, again brought more product lines to our customers and expanded the geography being served.
