History

Youngstown Tube Company was founded in 1991 by a group of individuals with over 100 years of experience in the steel pipe and tubing industry. Located in Youngstown, Ohio, Youngstown Tube has been producing steel sprinkler pipe for ten years. Through its association with a leading sprinkler head manufacturer, Youngstown Tube has been supplying the fire protection industry quality steel sprinkler pipe, and unparalleled customer service. Located in North East Ohio, Youngstown Tube uses only domestic steel coils for its pipe products. This creates a high quality, consistent pipe that can be used in all aspects of steel sprinkler pipe applications. Youngstown Tube also utilizes over 75,000 square feet of indoor storage to keep inventory protected from the weather.

Youngstown Tube is proud to introduce its own line of UL, CUL and FM approved steel sprinkler pipe. Manufactured to ASTM A-135/A -795 standards, Youngstown Tube inventories Standard wall schedule 40 pipe, 1'-2' and schedule 10 pipe, 1 ¼'-8'. In addition, Youngstown Tube offers a threadable schedule 30 pipe (EZ-THREAD®) in 1'-2', as well as a schedule 7 pipe (FIRE-FLO) in sizes 1 ½'-4'. Standard lengths are kept in inventory ready for immediate shipment. Youngstown Tube also manufactures custom lengths (18'-25') with plain or grooved ends (minimum quantities required).
