Nor Cal Pipe & Steel

With more than 20 years experience in the rolled and welded steel pipe business, our attention to detail and hard work has given us one of the fastest turn-around times in the industry. As Hayes Pipe & Supply from 2004-2014 we have not had a single rejected pipe.

Nor-Cal Pipe&Steel consists of 3 roll machines, 2 large forklifts, 2 overhead cranes, 5 welding stations, 2 fit-up stations, submerged arc, and three outside plate cutting stations (Wilson’s favorite place!)

Though most of our plate is all A-36 or better, the capability of different plate is also available upon request. The industry standard of D1.1 welded carbon steel pipe casing is our mainstay with others also available.

We use a 15 degree BxS cut with a seal pass weld on the inside and a 5,000 watt submerged arc weld provides a weld strong enough for any kind of application. All of which have been proven time and time again.
