KS STEEL CORPORATION is a Los Angeles based structural steel subcontractor specializing in the fabrication and erection of structural steel and miscellaneous steel for commercial, industrial, governmental and residential projects.

BACKGROUND

KS Steel offers a variety of architectural metal work such as canopies, stairs, metal decks, towers, trellis structures and other accessories. The Company was established in 1986 and works on projects in various areas in Southern California. KS Steel's fabrication shop is 40,000 square feet in size and equipped with the most sophisticated machinery and equipment. The Company is non-union and works on both private and public jobs. The Company's annual revenues range from $5-8 million in recent years. KS Steel has been growing at a compounded annual growth rate of 15% over the past 5 years. The Company is continuing to expand its operations with the addition of key project managers and specialists and continuing acquisitions of new equipment and machinery.
