Hard Work

At Heico, meeting today's challenges means commitment, hard work and the desire to exceed expectations.

Safety

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees is our most important responsibility.

A History of Success

Heico is the parent holding company for a diverse portfolio of manufacturing, construction and industrial services businesses. We were founded by Michael Heisley in 1979, when he sold his home and used the proceeds to buy his first company. Building on his legacy, we have grown into a broad and diverse organization with operations in 18 countries across five continents. In our earlier years, we focused on distressed investing. Today, we look to acquire performing businesses that complement our existing operations. As a buy, hold and build investor, we have owned many of our operations for over thirty years. A key factor in our growth is our commitment to reinvest earnings in support of both organic growth and new acquisitions. We also strive to retain the talented people in the companies that we acquire; we recognize that their diverse skill sets, product knowledge and customer relationships have contributed to our success.

Woman Owned Business

We are proud that our operations are certified as woman owned, operated and controlled in those countries that formally recognize this important classification. Our Chairman, Emily Heisley Stoeckel, provides strategic direction to the organization and leads Heico’s Board of Directors. She has devoted more than 20 years to the growth and development of Heico’s diverse portfolio of companies and has extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, financial analysis, financing and risk management. This certification allows us to become better partners to many of our clients by helping them to meet their supplier diversity requirements.

Our Code of Conduct

We take pride in conducting business as a good corporate citizen in the communities in which we operate around the world. We have a social obligation to know and follow all laws and regulations, pay our share of taxes, conserve energy, protect the environment, display good citizenship and act with integrity in all of our business activities, domestically and internationally. We respect and honor cultural differences in the various communities and countries in which we operate. And we encourage our employees, partners and customers to report any misconduct via our Helpline.

Our Community

We recognize that our companies are important members of their communities, with responsibilities to operate cleanly and safely, to contribute to their local economies and to cooperate with local institutions. Wherever there is a Heico company, there are people ready to devote their energy, ideas and resources to support their community. We have a long tradition of being a good neighbor and helping select charities that strive to improve the world we all share.
