We are a metal fabrication company located in Davis, California, serving the Sacramento and bay area markets with sheetmetal and other heating and air conditioning (HVAC) materials and equipment. We specialize in, but are not limited to, fabricating custom ductwork for commercial or industrial installation.

What we offer

We manufacture rectangular ductwork, fitting, saddles, roof flashings, and miscellaneous metal fabrications. Our shop capabilities include a Vicon HVAC Duct Fabrication plasma table, 6' wide by 12' long allowing us to make large rectangular ductwork in 5' sections and up to 10' long depending on your job specifications and requirements. We are capable of roll forming ductwork in up to 16 ga for pittsburgh, 20 ga for snaplock, and can weld any gauge ductwork heavier than 16 ga.We also do stainless steel grease ducts, copper & aluminum fabrication, and fabricate rooftop duct supports from plate steel and angle iron in our custom fabrication shop.One of our specialties is shop assembly of various ductwork fittings into a 20' long section shipped to your jobsite ready to be installed.A typical assembly could be an elbow with turning vanes, 10' section of straight duct, transition / offset, 5' section of duct with tap ins installed in locations selected by you.
