We support a variety of clients in different vertical markets around the globe and our specialty is working with clients that need their parts and/or assembled components on the metric system. We are proud to offer our clients a very unique combination of high-powered equipment (8000 watts) to cut thicker raw materials. We have many state-of-the-art laser cutting machines under one roof to cut plates and pipes, combined with an impressive number of bending machines that work around the clock. On a regular basis, the orders include welding, painting, assembling and “just in time” delivery which has enabled USLC Laser to become a full-service metal manufacturing company for our clients.

Plate Laser Cutting

The plate laser cutting process is characterized by the high precision achieved in every edge of the part, allowing its assembly no additional adjustments, therefore, saving labor hours.

Tube Laser Cutting

The tube laser cutting has completely revolutionized the design of metal structures. At USLC Laser, our laser cutting service can obtain solutions based on complex geometries that significantly reduce the assembling and welding times, therefore, increasing the rigidity and quality of the structure.

Bending

Given that laser cutting can create complex geometries, it is possible to replace many assembly and welding processes for intelligent designs that include bends with different radius.

Over the last years, we have been strengthening our metal manufacturing and welding facilities to offer our clients finished assembled parts, made from both metal plates and tubes.
