José is the owner/operator of Champion Pawn. José has worked and managed at several pawn shops in Baltimore City for the last 20 years. It has been his business goal to one day own and operate his own pawnshop. This dream came true in October 2016! His goal as an owner is to be fair with all of his customers, work to understand their needs and to go that extra mile when needed.

Nancy Bruchman

Nancy is the manager of Champion Pawn. She graduated with a B.A. from the University of Maryland Baltimore County 1987 and lives with her family in Baltimore County. She has worked as an administrator for years, and brings stellar organizational experience to Champion Pawn. Her friendly personality and positive demeanor is a welcome addition to the Champion staff!
