Sessa offers the services of budget estimating, developing and constructing Design/Build contracts, cost estimating for fabrication only and fabricate and install projects of all types and sizes, analyzing existing HVAC related systems and determining efficiency, and we can prepare and submit for review detailed coordinated ductwork drawings and take-off sheets for fabrication.

Founded in 1980 by Mr. Thomas Sessa, Sessa Sheet Metal, Contractor’s, Inc., (SSM) is a full service sheet metal contractor located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mission Statement

After toiling for over 16 years in the sheet metal industry, Tom Sessa combined his vision and resources to create Sessa Sheet Metal Contractors.

Tom's goal was to grow the business to approximately 25 employees and sustain a modest income. Under his dynamic leadership Sessa Sheet Metal has become a leader in its industry, providing creative state-of-the-art sheet metal solutions to hundres of customers.

Tom attributes the succes of Sessa Sheet Metal to its many dedicated employees and to the many strong relationships cultivated over the years.
