Sublime Fabrication

Sublime Fabrication started in 2009 with the intentions of building off-road race trucks. I shut my doors for a few years to continue my carer as a welder/ fabricator. Over the past years I've designed and built various types of parts and products. January 2017, I reopened Sublime Fabrication and now offer my unique welding/ fabrication services. At Sublime Fabrication we use CNC plasma along with other fabrication methods to create our parts and products. Our preferred method of welding is MIG/ TIG.

In the recent years I've started to design and build Modern Industrial Furniture for residential and commercial use. I see my furniture as artwork because of the custom nature and specific application. I gain a sense of gratification from seeing my furniture warm peoples homes or businesses. Home

About The Owner

Owner and founder of Sublime Fabrication, Andrew Gubisch, was born in the summer of 1987 in Southern California. In his youth, he enjoyed extreme sports like skateboarding, surfing, BMX and most of all, riding dirt bikes. Early on, Andrew exhibited an interest in working with his hands, making time to work on his dirt bikes and trucks regularly. A business and entrepreneurial mind set also came early for Andrew. In elementary school, he started selling comic books to his friends and classmates to earn money. A few years later, he and a friend started washing cars in their neighborhood. In high school, he and another friend aspired to start a clothing line and started by teaching themselves how to screen print t-shirts. Andrew has never been afraid to get his hands dirty and he has always been a self-starter.

After graduating high school and inspired by the world of desert racing, he began his career as a welder & fabricator in the off-road race truck industry, an industry he still enjoys today. For the next few years, he worked for a large manufacturing company as well as in the oil industry, further developing and sharpening his welding & fabricating craft. Exposure to different applications of welding & fabricating has resulted in Andrew learning a wide variety of skills and know-how. That, coupled with an enjoyment for creating and a passion for being his own boss, Sublime Fabrication was founded as an outlet for Andrew's creativity and vision.

When Andrew is not in the shop, he can be found riding up the coast on his Harley or relaxing at the beach with his pit bull Max.
