Western Mold Engineering

Western Mold manufactures a wide variety of tooling including permanent molds for the aluminum casting industry, thermoform tooling (Also known as vacuum-form tooling), and investment tooling (Also known as lost wax tooling). We provide machining support and have the capacity to finish-machine highly complex, precision products. Our plant, located in Artesia has been providing southern California with cutting edge engineering, manufacturing and machining for over fifty years. We also have our very own line of foundry equipment; this hardware is designed, manufactured and assembled by us, and is intended to meet the basic tooling needs of most foundries.

We provide a broad array of engineering services including solid modeling and solidification analysis. We will readily accommodate your specialized tooling design requirements.

We combine a variety of CAD and CAM applications to create wireframe, surface and solid models that define our customer's cast parts. Importing of complex electronic data is fast and simple via our high speed Internet link. Our quality data checking system assures that your casting and tooling designs are error-free before manufacturing begins.
