Diersen Welding & Fabrication is a young, family owned company with very humble roots. DWF was started by a father and son with the idea of creating the best mobile welding company in the Phoenix Metro area. Both father and son kept their day jobs and worked the welding business after hours and on weekends, to build up a customer base and capital . Business started slow but with the focus on customer service and ethics, clients and business began increasing. 

One afternoon in late September of 2017 we received an e-mail from a company asking us to quote some fairly large fabricated parts. They had found DWF through word of mouth and by recommendations from some of out existing clients. This request changed the entire direction of DWF forever. The mobile welding side was retired and we focused on becoming a full welding and fabrication shop.

In order to compete and secure the work of the company that contacted us, we brought on an addtional partner, also family, to assist in the organic growth of the company. We successfully won every bid with that company and proceeded to expand our relationship with them and increase our work with them as time went on. That work then led to other work with other clients that is growing and expanding to other clients as well. 

The Present is a very exciting time at Diersen Welding & Fabrication and we are excited about how our company is growing and gaining market recognition and our name is becoming synonomous with Quality, Integrity, Safety and Satisfaction. This is all the result of a dedication to safety, hard work, hiring only the best employees, using Project Managment for every job, and an intense Quality Control system. 

The Future is extremely bright as well. We have a main focus of working with Entrepenueurs to assist them in bringing their ideas and dreams to reality. We also work with Small to Mid-Sized Businesses in assiting them with their production needs and allowing them to grow their companies and letting DWF handle the production of their products. We also have our own fabrication ventures and are currently working on a patent for a tool that will be released sometime late 2018 to early 2019.
