Our aim is to ensure the recovery and recycling of plastic waste in the most economically efficient and ecologically sound manner

The Central Pollution Control Board released the PWM 2016 rules and later amended in 2018 states that EPR is applicable to all Brands, Institutional Waste Generators, Manufacturers etc.

At Ekatvam we offer the following services:

1. To Housing Societies, RWA, School, Colleges, Event locations: To pick up used plastic generated on a daily basis or at a predetermined frequency.

2. To Brands: Support the EPR requirements by collecting Plastic Waste and submitting the same to government approved PRO's for safe and secure disposal. EPR Certificate taken from PRO's in brand name to show 100% compliance & adherence to PWM 2016 Regulation.

3. Community/ School out reach programs: Create awareness on Plastic pollution and ways to curb by Reuse, Reduce & Recycle Plastics. Directed more towards Behavioral Change of Citizens

4. Specific Plastic Waste Management Projects as per client needs. Ekatvam has an extensive network and tie-ups with various rag pickers association, collection & recycling centers wherein the used plastic can be collected on behalf of brands & sent for Recycling. All certificates & paper work will be shared as per regulatory requirements from Government approved PRO's.

We believe that as a Society we must change our Behavior from 'Use & Throw'​ i.e.: 'Linear Economy'​ to a 'Circular Economy'​ wherein we consume & recycle. This Circular Economy helps the people involved in the Bottom of Pyramid (rag pickers) to get a place in the formal economy and thus move up the value chain from a sustainability point of view. Finally, we need to understand that our resources on our planet are limited and we must consume resources wisely so that our Future Generations can benefit from our actions.
