Founded in 1990, Valley Precision Inc. has expanded its operations three times to meet increasing demand for manufactured components. Valley Precision currently occupies 30,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space in Waynesboro, Virginia. Conveniently located near the intersection of Virginia’s highways I81 and I64, Valley Precision employs highly-skilled people with experience using a broad range of manufacturing processes and materials.

Valley Precision’s employees have the knowledge and skills to manufacture precision components quickly and efficiently.

Mechanical Designers and Estimators send and receive electronic files in ProEngineer format and in other formats commonly used in mechanical design.

Production supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers use a recently installed Enterprise Resource Planning system on an internal network for exchange of production information.

Programmers use recently released software packages to quickly generate program code for CNC controlled turret presses and machining centers.

Waterjet cutting of sheet metal and a wide variety of materials is available for prototyping and materials which are too thick to be punched on the turret presses.

Systems specialists make EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) available for purchase order, scheduling, invoicing, and payment transactions. Deliveries to your plant can be labeled with bar codes in the format your systems require.

Quality Engineering and experienced Process Inspectors use a well documented quality system which conforms with the requirements of MIL-I-45208 and ISO9003 to assure reliable quality parts… every time!
