History

L&M Roofing was founded by Michael Nieto in 1970. L&M Roofing began servicing the New York and Connecticut areas as a commercial and residential roofing contractor and later expanded to masonry and historical building exterior restoration.

1980 Our primary goal was to build a reputable quality roofing and restoration company capable of successfully handling all different size projects, with our own trained workforce in house mechanics. our success relies in our employee history, making us second to non in quality and services.

1990 During this time, my son, Marc Nieto joined our company, providing family owned tradition and structure that large firms often lack. Over the years our company has evolved, becoming one of the leading, most trusted exterior building contractors in the area. Originally our company employed one estimator and a small team of roofing mechanics, over 43 years our qualified office staff has grown to include, estimators, engineers, architects and a sales team. Our field staff includes construction managers, project supervisors, highly trained and skilled roofing mechanics, masons, sheet metal fabricators, in our state of the art shop, carpenters and welders.

2000 Our philosophy is one of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail and unrivaled workmanship no matter the size of the project. We strive to provide our customers with the most cost effective plan for their project taking all your needs into consideration. Our work is consistently high quality because each member of our team has been with us for many years.

2010 For over 45 years L&M Roofing has been providing unsurpassed construction services to all our clients. We consider our company to be a ‘one stop’ exterior contractor providing detailed specifications and comprehensive proposals. An important factor for our customers is, when we begin your project, the same team remains on your project until completion, responsible for every detail from beginning to end. It’s great to know that your contractor will still be around for many years to come.
