Alternative Roofing Solutions (ARS Roofing, Gutters and Waterproofing) strives to be the best roofing company in the communities we serve, delivering undisputed customer satisfaction in our hometown of Santa Rosa and throughout Sonoma and Marin counties and beyond (much of Napa, Mendocino, Lake and San Francisco counties).

We specialize in both commercial and residential roofing, as well as gutters and waterproofing.

ARS Roofing is a tight-knit family with most of our 20+ employees having over 20 years of experience in the industry. All employees take pride in their workmanship, which is why we confidently guarantee all of our work. We are fully bonded and insured for your protection. We carry additional liability insurance for HOA communities, condominium and apartment complexes.

Leaks don’t take nights, weekends and holidays off, and neither do we!

If dripping water gets you out of bed after midnight, ARS Roofing will be there right away. If you see an unsightly brown stain forming on the ceiling, we’ll be there. And, yes, if a leak splashes onto your dining room table as you’re awaiting Christmas guests, ARS Roofing will show up then too.

Our Vision:

When I founded ARS Roofing my goal was not only to provide a comfortable life for my family and create a sense of security and protection for our clients, but also to help others – my employees (my extended family) and my community.

I employ over 20 full-time, year-round professionals with salaries, medical and retirement benefits that allow them to easily provide for themselves and their families. Without their hard work, strong ethics and passion to keep our clients safe and dry, there would be no ARS Roofing.

Another essential part of my vision is contributing to our community, serving as a passionate, energetic advocate for the disadvantaged and doing what we can to help others succeed. ARS Roofing donates up to 5% of the earnings from each job to The LIME Foundation, which we created to offer help in three areas: education (especially music education), vocational training in the construction trades, and assistance to seniors.
