We are a metal fabrication and welding company in the Atlanta area that works on non-structural residential, commercial and artistic projects, specializing in stainless steel. Whether you already have a drawing prepared or just a basic idea of what you want, we can take care of your metal needs from design through installation with professionalism and artistry.

Some of our most popular projects are stainless steel cable railings, stainless steel ADA compliant railings, and stainless steel kitchen countertops, toe kicks, back splashes and vent hoods. We are one of the few companies in the area that both fabricates and installs so we make sure that what we build will fit. This is especially important with railings as we custom fit the railing to the exact degree of the stair where it’s installed.

Andrew Hudson, Co-Owner

The skilled hands behind Hudson Custom Fabrication, Andrew has been a welder for twenty years. Andrew graduated from Walton High School in Marietta and attended several colleges afterwards, studying Construction, Graphic Arts and Music. In 1998, after years working in numerous trades, he discovered his calling when he began work at a welding shop.

Since then, Andrew has pursued his passion for welding and metal fabrication, constantly honing his skills and using his keen attention to detail to bring the highest levels of craftsmanship to his work. When not playing with his three kids, Andrew modifies and restores vintage mopeds, using his MacGyver-like abilities to keep them running.

Casey Carroll, Welder/Fabricator/Installer

Casey Carroll joined Hudson Custom Fabrication in 2016. Raised in Dalton, GA, he studied engineering at Southern Polytechnic after graduating high school. Casey realized he wanted to work with his hands, not sit behind a desk, so he changed course. He switched to Georgia Northwestern Technical College, where he graduated with a degree in Welding and Joining Technology.

Casey lives in Vinings with his wife, Abby, and bengal cat, Bean. In his free time, he likes to travel and builds furniture using a mix of metal and wood.

Whitney Hudson, Co-Owner

Whitney, Andrew's wife, runs the office and occasionally helps in the field. She handles estimation, procurement, invoicing, job scheduling, bookkeeping and any other paper/tax/bureaucracy related work.

A graduate of Agnes Scott College, majoring in Spanish and minoring in Writing and Business, Whitney held positions in Human Resources, Marketing and Accounts Receivable prior to joining Andrew in the family business. 'Taking Care of Business' is her personal philosophy and she's got the belt buckle to prove it.

• Your time is valuable so we guarantee to be on time for meetings. If we are delayed by unforeseen circumstances, we will call you as soon as we know.

• We guarantee that the product we deliver matches what you requested. If it's not right, we will fix it. We can't promise your design will work but we'll offer you suggestions if we have concerns.

• We guarantee our workmanship for life. If our welds break, we will fix them for free.

• We guarantee our materials for their expected life. Stainless steel will outlast us all so we guarantee it for life. Steel requires regular painting to keep the rust away so we guarantee primed and painted items to remain rust-free for one year. Clear-coated steel projects are exempted and we will make sure you understand that beforehand.

• We promise to treat your house like our mother's. We won't track dirt through it and will always clean up after ourselves.

• We are human and mistakes happen. That's why we carry insurance. If we accidentally damage your property, we promise to fix it.
