This founding principle traces back to the company's earliest days when owner/founder Jim Mott hand-crafted metal gel frames for stage lighting and other small product items out of his garage workspace. Jim's operating principle was simple and timeless; deliver precisely what the customer needs, when the customer needs it and do whatever it takes to get the job done right. This simple commitment and a 'can-do' work ethic has fostered tireless innovation, diverse manufacturing experience and a long list of satisfied customers.

Today, Advanced Metal & Wire Products, Inc. is a 25,000 square foot, state-of-the-art metalworking facility, supported by 30 talented and experienced designers, engineers and machining specialists that design and deliver precision, high quality metal products for a broad range of industries.
