We get started on quotes right away, and we work with our customers to clarify all aspects of design, prototyping, engineering and fabrication, such as material type and thickness, dimensions, tolerances tighter than standard sheet metal tolerances, hardware bill of materials for inserts and assemblies, welding requirements (if any), finishing requirements such as plating, powdercoating, painting and silkscreening, lot sizes, etc.
