Vinthaus Painting and Renovation LLC is an independent owned and operated business specializing in vintage houses that offers a high quality service at an affordable price. Serving the north shore residents, mostly in Chicago's north shore, Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Lake Forest, etc.

Vinthaus is an EPA Lead Safe certified firm and complies with all EPA regulations.

Isaac R. Cohen has a B.A. in architecture and has always worked in the construction field. He worked as a project manager for a high end residential architect while attending school. After he graduated he worked for the most important design firm in LatinAmerica , GVA y Asociados. When he relocated to Chicago in 2007, he started working for a construction company specializing in architectural metals. He then decided to join efforts with Mike, his father, to start their own family business.

Mike Ruiz has also a B.A. in architecture and has also worked in the construction field through all his career. When Mike moved to Evanston, he worked first for an independent handyman and then worked as a painter for a very renowned painting and restorating company (the one with the colored house logo). He then decided it was time to move on and started working independently.
