BAILEY METAL WORX LLC

Located in Bergen county NJ, Bailey Metal Worx LLC became a new business to Ian Bailey in 2014. He has worked with a large number of hospitals, laboratories and government facilities around the world making him a strong leader in his field. Safety is the number one objective in every project run and with yearly training in a large number of construction tasks it is upheld. Ian holds a current journeyman card in UA 421 and is a contracted superintendent of Nelco World Wide and other associated businesses. His background in construction consists of carpentry (framing to finish), radio frequency shielding (private to government standards), metal fabrication, american welding society certified welder, project planning, large and small machine operator, field engineering and unofficial worker complaint department handler.

2018 brings a Powerhouse Partnership.

After years of working together Ian Bailey and Rolando Cardona decided to keep a good thing going and team up in this small business. As complimentary workers to each other there is no project in the world they can not handle professionally. Both have worked at some of the most technical and physically demanding sites around the planet while pursuing their careers as Shielders. Rolando is one of the top rf shielders in the world and when put to the test has never reportedly failed at building anything.

A move to something bigger.

With more business coming in and the small shop filling up B.M.W. had the need to expanded into a 1600sq.ft. shop space in Englewood, NJ. In the winter of 2017 I acquired this space and slowly made a smooth transition into the new shop. To date we have already filled the space and business is moving forward in a positive direction.
