Elemental Holding SA invests in entities dealing with urban mining and recycling.

The companies belonging to the Elemental Group operate within four business lines:

• recycling of spent catalysts (SAC),
• recycling of used electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE),
• recycling of printed circuits (PCB),
• recycling of non-ferrous metal scrap.

As a rule, the Group companies specialize in activities within selected business lines.

The companies of the Elemental Group are based in the European Union, Turkey and UAE. Markets for buying recyclable materials and selling products are global.

In the Elemental Group, the Issuer acts as a holding company coordinating the functioning of subsidiaries. Elemental Holding SA is responsible for the Group's strategy and conducts activities aimed at optimizing operational processes, among others, by coordinating: processes of obtaining waste, sales to steel mills and refineries, investment policy, credit policy, financial management and conducting material supply processes.

In their development, the companies use the potential to operate in a strong structure: industry know-how, a large network of suppliers and customers, competitive framework agreements with the world's largest smelters and refineries, production and analytical infrastructure, logistics facilitation related to the extensive transport and loading facilities and the network collection points throughout the country, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Foreign territorial expansion is conducted and planned so as to maximize operational synergies and complementarily develop geographic markets.
