Duo Form Plastics

Established in 1968, Duo-Form Plastics is an ISO 9001 certified heavy gauge plastic thermoformer. We have on site design and engineering staff and an in-house tool shop. Our full service product development center offers engineering services such as color renderings, assembly drawings, CAD models, rapid prototyping, CNC wood patterns, high temp epoxy and ceramic tooling, cast aluminum tooling, and CNC and Robotic trimming fixtures. Our FARO Edge measurement arm allows us to have quick and precise PPAP capabilities.

Duo-Form is capable of producing parts up to 8’x12′ in size and utilizes a variety of methods such as traditional vacuum forming, twin sheet forming and pressure forming. We have over 15 thermoformers and 190,000 sq.ft. of modern facilities. Duo-Form Plastics is committed to providing the highest quality thermoformed products possible.
