Thermal One Inc. is the result of merging two companies, Header Heat Treat and Kee Services. Header Heat Treat was established in 1960 performing salt bath heat treating and in 1994 the first Vacuum Furnace was installed. In 1998 all salt baths were shut down and operations were moved to our new state of the art vacuum furnace facility. Kee Serveces was establish in 1965 and in 1972 installed the first vacuum heat treat furnace in Metro Detroit.

Thermal One is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, family-owned and operated heat treating service located in Westland, Michigan. Our team is quality oriented and focuses on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Our team will adhere to the highest level of quality.Thermal One specializes in heat treating for the stamping, forging, roll forming, cutting tool, and plastic mold industries.
