Metals Engineering - DePere

Metals Engineering was founded in 1967 and purchased in 2001 by Tom Kemen. Significant investment into equipment and personnel set the company on a growth track that continued under Tom’s son, Ted Kemen, who bought the company in 2005.

The addition of new technology and equipment following the 2014 acquisition of Omega Metal Treating boosted the efficiency and capabilities of Metals Engineering’s De Pere facility. The additional quench and temper, induction and casting process capabilities solidified Metals Engineering’s status as one of the premier heat treating companies in the Midwest.
