Chapman Corporation has adapted its customer base to reflect changes in the economic climate by expanding its experience in new and growing industries. Chapman currently employs approximately 100 management and office staff with 800 to 1,400 trade workers in the field. Our professional staff includes estimators, project managers, purchasing and expediting agents, payroll, accounts payable/receivable clerks, safety specialists, engineers, draftsmen, QA/QC technicians, mechanics, drivers and shop personnel.

Chapman’s skilled field supervisors play a critical part in maintaining high productivity levels on every project. Over 100 full-time field superintendents and general foremen perform a vital role in controlling all aspects of the day-to-day operations. We are a union contractor who can work under the National Maintenance Agreement with ironworkers, cement masons, millwrights, pipefitters, boilermakers, operating engineers, carpenters, electricians, laborers, sheet metal workers, as well as other trades.
