MinePro Virtual Assistants is a boutique firm located near Vancouver, BC that specializes in general administrative support for companies and professionals in Canada's mining industry. MinePro Virtual Assistants provides a range of assistance from general administrative tasks such as generating spreadsheets and word processing, to more detailed technical work including land management, stakeholder management, and permitting.We maintain a small roster of professional administrators located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario who provide as- needed support to our central administrator, Nicole McLaren. Nicole is responsible for client care and project management. Nicole also ensures all work completed is of the highest quality and serves the client’s needs. You only pay for the time spent on your tasks and pay no overhead, holiday pay or benefits

Nicole McLaren is a Métis mother, wife, entrepreneur and avid community volunteer from Surrey, BC.     Nicole is a senior business and community relations practitioner with over nine years’ experience and exposure working in Canada’s mining sector, and in municipal and Aboriginal government.Nicole holds two degrees from the University of Saskatchewan – a Bachelor of Science in Paleobiology and Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and began her career working as a project geologist in 2006 in Saskatchewan’s exploration industry before transitioning to pursue her passion in Aboriginal and government relations. Nicole’s early career accomplishments include working as a technical and industry advisor to President Robert Doucette of the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan and serving as Councillor for the Town of Langham (SK) responsible for economic development, culture, parks and recreation.     In 2013 Nicole founded the Langham Farmers’ Market to provide entrepreneurial opportunities for local home-based businesses and to provide local, healthy options for local residents. The growing market is now completing its third year of operation.  In 2015 Nicole moved back to BC, obtained her certification as a virtual assistant, and launched MinePro Virtual Assistants to further her goal of owning her own business. Nicole still works full time in Aboriginal relations with a Vancouver-based mining company while managing her virtual assistant business from home serving other mining and government professionals from across Canada.
