Miltech Energy Services, Inc., established in 1990, is a consulting company specializing in civil and mining engineering, environmental science, and project management. Our affiliate company, Miltech Analytical Services, Inc. is a commercial coal and water testing company serving coal and electric power producers in southwest PA, northern WV and eastern OH.  Miltech Energy Service, Inc.'s customers include electric power, coal and gas producers.
