Seeger Metals & Plastics Inc.

In 1881, a German immigrant named Valentine Seeger started his own business selling brass, copper, and babitt metal in Toledo, Ohio. The company was named Toledo Brass and Iron Works. Over the last 136 years, 5 generations of the Seeger family have proudly maintained the business reputation Valentine started. At the heart of Seeger Metals and Plastics is Valentine’s commitment to serving customers and making his family proud. In 1936 Valentine Seeger III renamed the business to The Seeger Brass Company. As the company expanded into stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics, the name was changed in 1978 to Seeger Metals and Plastics to better represent the full line of our products and services.
