Southern Alloy can cast the shape you need in the material that you need.  Simple shapes such as flanges, bushings, wear plates, etc. can be economically produced.

Our plant facility includes a complete pattern shop and pattern storage facilities which contain 20,000 square feet, a foundry which contains 34,000 square feet and a machine shop which contains 13,000 square feet.

We can produce metal castings for industry anywhere from 1 to 2,500 pounds, in quantities from 1 to 1,000 pieces or more. At Southern Alloy we utilize floor, cope and drag, and flaskless no-bake molding types. We have induction melting furnaces with heat range capacities from 200 to 3,000 pounds.  Our furnaces are powered by three solid state units.
