Trojan Tube & Fabrication

In July of 1984, Power & Process Supply by Trojan, Inc. was incorporated in New Jersey by Henry Adamczyk. At that time the business address was in North Bergen, NJ.

Henry partnered with Walter Maring in February 1987. The business was moved and incorporated in New York, as Trojan, Inc.. Their new location was in Green Island, an area near Troy. Then January of 1990, Trojan Tube Sales & Fabrications, Inc. was incorporated in Pennsylvania, after Henry and Walter sold the business to new owners. The new owners, Jack Decker Sr. and Dave Conklin, moved the business to their existing business location in Montoursville. As a part of the purchase of the business, they retained Walter as the manager.

Later in 1993, Jack and Dave dissolved their partnership. Ownership of the business was retained by Jack. He then relocated the business to its current location in Muncy. Walter stayed on as manager until the purchase agreement between him and Jack was fulfilled in 1998.
